Jeffrey P. Rice, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Rice accesses financial markets to obtain financing that supports Elm Street Development’s acquisition and development program. Mr. Rice also obtains financing for all commercial real property acquisitions which include apartment property, commercial office, warehouse and shopping center property. Coordinates with Legend Management for the refinancing of all owned apartment project investments managed by Legend Management and outside property management companies that manages Elm Street Development assets. Mr. Rice is a Certified Public Accountant and he received a BS in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. jrice@elmstreetdev.com
Catherine L. Griffin, Treasurer, Secretary
With thirty years of experience in real estate and construction accounting Ms. Griffin manages a team responsible for tax planning, tax returns, financial statements and the combined annual report for 100+ companies. In addition, she manages a staff responsible for Elm Street and Legend Management Groups’ information systems and the connectivity between the main offices and offsite locations. Over the years, this has entailed numerous system designs and conversions. Ms. Griffin attended the University of Maryland. clgriffin@elmstreetdev.com
