David Flanagan is President of Elm Street Development. He oversees development opportunities for Elm Street Development. Mr. Flanagan is also a partner in the Craftmark Group, homebuilding companies, and Legend Management, a real estate management company. He is on the Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute-Washington, is past President for the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association and is past Chairman of the Smart Growth Alliance. Prior to joining Elm Street Development in 1978, Flanagan graduated from Georgia Tech and received an MBA from the University of North Carolina. dflanagan@elmstreetdev.com
Bill Moran is a principal in all Elm Street Development projects purchased prior to 2009. He retired from active daily management of Elm Street in 2008 after 29 years with the firm. He was a founder of the Craftmark Group and NVR. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of NVR. He remains a partner in Legend Management, an apartment management company. Moran oversees all real estate income producing properties owned by the Principals. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and is a past President of the Fairfax County Chapter.
