Brian Barnes is responsible for managing projects in Prince William, Stafford, Culpeper and Loudoun County in Virginia. Brian joined Elm Street Development in 2005 and prior to joining Elm Street Development worked as a Project Manager for Haramis Brothers Inc, managing residential building and remodeling projects in San Francisco and Oakland California. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a BFA in Graphic Design/Art History.
Mike Bingley is the manager for several developments in Montgomery County, Maryland. Bingley joined Elm Street Development in 1993 following twelve years with Curtis F. Peterson Companies where he was Vice President in charge of land development in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.
Gene has managed several projects in Montgomery and Frederick Counties as well as several in Loudoun County Va. He is currently working Clarksburg Village and Lovettsville Town Center. Bollinger managed his own fruit and vegetable farm for thirty years as well as pressed apple cider and managed the Cider Barrel Mobile Home Park in Germantown. Gene joined Elm Street in 2002 at the time they purchased the Cider barrel property for development.
Doug Flanagan manages apartment development projects in the Washington area and other development projects in Northern Virginia. Prior to joining Elm Street in 2010, he worked as a management consultant. Flanagan holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Andrew McKenna is responsible for managing development projects in Anne Arundel, Queen Anne's and Talbot Counties, MD. Prior to coming to Elm Street Development in 2004, Andrew spent eight years as the Production Manager of a construction company specializing in commercial masonry. Andrew graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a BA in History in 1996, and earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland in 2010.
Don Sears currently manages development projects in Charles County, Maryland. Prior to joining Elm Street Development in 2005, Sears worked over 30 years with a general contractor as chief estimator and project manager in charge of site development and design build project in Maryland.
Stefanie Smith is responsible for development projects in Arlington and Fairfax Counties in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Stefanie joined Elm Street Development in 2005 after obtaining her MBA in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Smith has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Robbie Thompson has managed several developments in Montgomery, Howard, Baltimore and Carroll Counties. Thompson is currently managing Clarksburg Village in Montgomery County. Thompson received the Pros Club award for Land Development Superintendent 300+ units in 2005. Thompson joined Elm Street Development in 2000 following 14 years with Reliable Contracting of Millersville, Maryland.
