Located adjacent Woodlawn Plantation off Route 1, this project was rezoned in the mid-1980s to allow for 249 garden apartments. The residents of Woodlawn Gable enjoy a swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. Construction was completed in December, 1989.
