This seven-story mixed use development featuring 141 upscale residential units with approximately 36,000 square feet of ground floor retail will be conveniently located just steps from the Courthouse Metro Station. The project required a General Land Use Plan amendment and underwent an extensive rezoning process. Construction is estimated to begin in 2010 and the building will provide spectacular views of the Washington Monument and Washington Cathedral from its rooftop pool and garden.
