This 70-acre property located in Culpeper County was rezoned with 20 acres of retail property for a Lowe’s Home Improvement store. Joint agreements were reached by Lowe’s, Town Of Culpeper, County and Culpeper and the Seller in order to extend sewer and water service to this property. This site will yield approximately 93 single family lots ranging in size from 25,000 – 35,000 square feet. Currently, there are 61 homeowners and the project continues to be one of the premier subdivisions in Culpeper County. The site is ideally located on Business Rt. 29 on the northeast side of the Historic Town of Culpeper.

East Chandler St at Kingsbrook Rd, Culpeper, Va
Mountain Brook Estates is a 101-unit development located on the east side of the Town of Culpeper at the intersection of Chandler Street and Electric Avenue. Originally 46.8 acres, the tract was subdivided in September 2008 by Caruso Homes into 10,000 square foot lots. Elm Street Development purchased the property in February 2009.
