Proposed 196 lots second phase to Belmont Glen. Located on Goose Creek with dramatic mountain views to the west. Rezoned in 2004, construction will begin in 2009.
2. Lovettsville Town Center    Status: Current    Map Icon 
16 Town Center Drive, Lovettsville, Va
Lovettsville Town Center is a mixed-use development in the heart of the Town of Lovettsville. Successfully rezoned in 2002 to include the creation of the Town Square with Berlin Turnpike and Broad Way routed around the square. Project includes 120,000 square feet of commercial/retail and 203 single family detached lots. Construction started in July 2005.

22090 Auction Barn Drive, Ashburn, Va
Executive community with 193 one-acre cluster lots. Sales started in 2005 by Brookfield, Craftmark Homes and NVHomes. Final sales expected in 2009.
4. Beacon Hill    Status: Completed    Map Icon 
Bold Venture Drive and Beacon Hill Drive, Paeonian Springs, Va
2,100 acre estate formerly owner by Arthur Godfrey. Elm Street managed the development and sale of the northern half (large 5 to 65 acre lots) and the sale of the undeveloped southern half.

Fairhunt Drive and Belmont Glen Place, Ashburn, Va
49 executive single-family lots. Craftmark and NVHomes were the builders with sales starting in the fall of 2002 and completed in 2003.

Watson Road and Manor House Road, Courtland, Evergreen Mills, Va
Courtland, located in the Virginia hunt-country south of Leesburg, offered country living as an alternative to tract subdivisions. The project consisted of 16 ten acre and 4 three acre homesites. Sales and development began in September of 1979 and were completed in 1981.
7. Forest Ridge    Status: Completed    Map Icon 
Forest Ridge Drive and Pepperridge Place, Sterling, Va
Forest Ridge is a 550-lot community near Route 7 in eastern Loudoun County. Two builders, Ryan Homes and Halle Enterprises, began purchasing lots in 1977 for move- up housing development. The Ryland Group began purchasing lots in 1985. Sales were completed in 1986.

Belle Terra Drive and Lago Gallerie Court, Ashburn, Va
36 one-acre cluster lots. Lots sold to Craftmark Homes beginning in the fall of 2003.

Catoctin Circle and Marshall Drive, Leesburg, Va
A 72 lot single-family project located in the Town of Leesburg. Washington Homes started sales in June 1999.

Gleedsville Rd and Browns Creek Place, Leesburg, Va
Long Meadow at Oatlands is a 205-acre country property located minutes outside of Leesburg, Virginia. The historic Oatlands Plantation, a National Historic Trust estate, is adjacent to Long Meadow and sets a tone of quality and history unsurpassed in Loudoun County. The project included 50 lots, zoned A-3 and divided into two sections. One section contains nineteen 3-5 acre lots. The second section contains twenty-five 1-acre lots, two 3-acre lots and four 10-acre lots. All are serviced by individual wells and drain fields.

A townhome development owned by Old Sterling Gable Ltd. Elm Street managed development of the first section with lots sold to the Ryland Group. Second section purchased by the Ryland Group undeveloped.

Harmony Church Road and Woodburn Road, Leesburg, Va
Rural style development of 32 lots on an estate formerly owned by Rudolph Nureyev, the Russian dancer. Purchased and developed by Elm Street Development and Harvest Communities, Inc. Lots sold to individuals and Wetherburne Homes.
13. Woodlea Manor    Status: Completed    Map Icon 
Woodlea Drive and Meade Drive, Leesburg, Va
This 301 acre tract is located on the southwest side of Leesburg, Virginia. The property was developed into a move-up community of 475 single-family homes. The subdivision has quarter acre lots and a community recreation facility with a swimming pool and tennis courts.
