This project near the Addison Road Metro Station features a mix of 196 townhouse and single family homes in a neo-traditional layout. The approval of the project included the processing of a Mixed Use Overlay Zone, which allowed the more flexible plan. Development began in 2008.

Crescent at Cherry Lane is a 150 home community in Laurel. The property was annexed into the City of Laurel in 2005. Development of this neo-traditional style community began in 2006 and features a mix of single-family detached and attached homes. Craftstar Homes, Michael Harris Homes, and Ryan Homes are the builders.

Southlake is located off Central Avenue in the planned community of Lake Arbor. Southlake includes 151 traditional townhomes and patio homes and features a swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis court. Development work started in early 1989 with lot sales to Ryan Homes beginning in 1990. Southlake was completed in 1993.
