Gibson’s Grant is a 138-acre waterfront parcel on the shores of the Chester River and Macum Creek, which feed into the Chesapeake Bay. The project is a partnership between Elm Street Development, Koch Homes, Bozzuto Development, and Coastal South. The neo-traditional community consists of 280 units, which will include: 220 single family homes, 32 townhomes and 28 duplexes. The design will focus on front porches, rear detached garages, well-lit modern alleys, a “walkable” grid street system, Town Center and classical architecture in the style of Eastern Shore towns such as Chestertown, Easton and Centreville. Craftstar Homes, Koch Homes, NVHomes, Covell Communities, Peninsula Construction and Lundberg Builders are currently selling from their models on site.. Final build-out of all 280 lots is expected in 2015.
