Dixon Square is a three-acre parcel in the Planned Re-Development District of Easton. This infill project consists of 38 rear-loaded three-story townhomes to be constructed by Ryan Homes. Site work was completed in the fall of 2006. Ryan Homes has sold 90 percent of the community and is expected to complete the build-out by the second quarter of 2010.

Easton Village is a 208-acre waterfront parcel on the North Fork of the Tred Avon River. The property is comprised of 250 lots, all of which will be single-family homes of neo-traditional design. Elm Street annexed the site into the town of Easton and obtained PUD approval in 2004. Site work for the 100 lots in Phase I was completed in December, 2005. Ryan Homes and Peninsula Construction are currently selling from models on site. Final build-out of all 250 lots is expected by 2015.

Marea is an 87-acre site lying just to the east of the town limits of St. Michaels on the shores of San Domingo Creek. Annexation of the property into the Town of St. Michaels was completed in late 2007, and final approval of the community was obtained in mid 2009. Waterfront homesites are now available for sale.
